Los grupos de Whatsapp son amados y odiados a partes iguales. - Mayor control del Administrador: La figura de administrador cobra más importancia ya que desde los ajustes podrá elegir quién tiene permitido cambiar el nombre, descripción e icono. Además, puede eliminar permisos de otros usuarios.
- Acceso rápido a menciones: En la esquina inferior izquierda habrá un botón con el símbolo @ que al tocarlo te mostrará todas las menciones que no has visto
- Añadir descripción: incluir una descripción del grupo puede ser muy útil, por ejemplo, para dar a conocer a los nuevos integrantes las normas del grupo o para recordar el sitio y la fecha de la próxima quedada. En el momento en el que una nueva persona se añada al grupo, a esta le aparecerá la descripción en la parte de arriba del chat.
- Buscar a integrantes del grupo: Dentro de la información del grupo y junto al número de participantes se encuentra la opción «buscar» con la que podrás escribir en el buscador el nombre para que sea más sencillo localizar a una persona concreta.
- Protección al creador: el creador del grupo no podrá ser eliminado por otros administradores.
- No volver a entrar: ya no te podrán meter en un grupo en el que te has salido de en varias ocasiones
Todas estas mejoras ya están disponibles tanto para dispositivos Android como para iOS. Tal vez, gracias a ellas, la experiencia en grupos mejore, aunque aún no hayan inventado la opción de resumir todos los mensajes sin leer de un mismo grupo.
